• Organizer Banking Details: Verified bank account number and bank name (required solely for processing payout withdrawals).

Rave Gates never stores credit or debit card numbers, PINs, or CVV codes on our servers.

All payments are tokenized and processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant financial partners (including Paystack and Bachs). Our communication with these gateways is secured using end-to-end TLS/SSL encryption.

We use collected data strictly to operate our platform, including:

• Delivering digital tickets, receipts, and event reminders straight to your email.
• Enabling authorized door personnel to scan and validate tickets at venue gates.
• Disbursing ticket revenues into event organizers' bank accounts.
• Detecting and mitigating unauthorized ticket counterfeiting, chargebacks, and bots.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third parties.

Data is shared only with event hosts (limited to attendee lists for entry management) and regulated service vendors essential to operating our infrastructure (such as transactional email providers and payment processors).
