By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on Rave Gates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

Rave Gates is an event infrastructure platform that enables organizers to create, manage, promote, and issue tickets for live experiences, while enabling ticket buyers to discover and securely purchase entry passes.

We facilitate technology and payment processing but do not own, produce, or control the physical events hosted by third-party organizers.

To host events or manage tickets, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities.

Organizers must complete identity and bank verification prior to requesting revenue payouts.

All tickets purchased through Rave Gates represent a revocable entry license issued by the event organizer.

In accordance with our transparent pricing structure, ticket prices displayed at checkout represent the final amount paid by ticket buyers. Applicable platform service fees are deducted internally from event ticket revenue rather than being tacked onto the customer at checkout.

Event refund and postponement policies are established by each individual event organizer. Please review the specific event details prior to completing your purchase.

In the event of a verified full event cancellation where the organizer authorizes refunds, the funds will be credited back via the original payment method subject to payment provider timelines.

You agree not to duplicate or forge QR codes, resell tickets above face value in violation of applicable laws, conduct fraudulent payment transactions, or upload unlawful, defamatory, or abusive event media. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rave Gates and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, personal injury at venues, or unauthorized access to platform servers.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material updates will be indicated by revising the date at the top of this document. Continued platform usage after changes constitutes acceptance.
